  My family received wonderful personal assistance from Lissa, Rachel and Theresa at the Merle Hay Funeral Home. They were all very caring in guiding us through the necessary processes during a difficult time. They were very attentive and were generous with their time in helping us in every way.

  I recently had the dis-pleasure of attending a viewing of my uncle at this facility. Slightly unkept looking and with a receptionist that was very uncomfortable the young manager Seth informed me that they had started his Cremation early and that he was no longer available for viewing even though we were well with in the scheduled time. I was a bit taken back at that and as the day wore on I became upset. Very unprofessional in my opinion and with several family members at the end of thier life I will make sure none of them are taken care of by Merle Hay Funeral home, nor any of the Overton owned facilities.

  Wanted to tell everyone what a pleasure and relief it was to have Brooks Funeral Care facilitating the funeral care for Dixie’s mom, Betty.
  
  Blair was so quick, efficient in handling the preparation, the long distance care, finding another funeral care center in Logansport and then arranging for the quick transportation. This type of service only occurs when people truly care about other people.
  
  Thank you all so very much. It made Betty’s final internment a truly Blessed Day that Only the Lord Can Provide.
