  I have found where I am supposed to be. A big new family with outstretched arms. I feel closest to God during Walnuts worship, it is so real, so pure hearted... Pastor Rude is not afraid to dive into the text and because I used to have so many questions, I very much appreciate him speaking to us and teaching us how to know and defend our beliefs as Christians. I call Walnut Creek my church, and so long as I am in Iowa wouldn't want to have it any other way. ⛪

  Definitely a place that changed my life. I could go on and on about Walnut Creek, but instead I'll just say that after 8 year of attending, I still love and support their mission to reach Des Moines for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

  Save yourself the trouble. They are more concerned with looking COOL and appealing to a younger crowd than.appealing to the God of all the earth. Have very watered down views of most spiritual doctrine.They have the appearance of.being loving and kind but its hollow. Was told love isn't a feeling it's an action. Then why does Paul say if I give everything I have to.the poor or go to the stake to be burned as a martyr but don't have Love, I'm bankrupt!?

  Sadly I don't live close enough to attend often, but when I can go, I am always impressed by top notch worship, visual aids, friendly congregation, fantastic facility, and MOST important: Bible centered preaching about relevant topics. This church sets aside the trivial and formal to pursue Jesus. Try it out! (Or at least get the app and listen to sermons in the car)

  Been to this church a number of times and loved it! The pastors are wonderful teachers and there are so many cool events they've hosted like the Apologetics conference! Great for ages 18-40 because that is the vast majority of the people who attend.
